Response to Notice

Upon receipt of a proper notice of infringement, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown
  • Provide the user with a copy of the notice of infringement
  • Take reasonable steps to preserve evidence of the allegedly infringing activity

Counter-Notice Procedure

If a user believes that the material was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notice providing:

  • Identification of the removed material
  • Contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief in mistake or misidentification
  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction and service of process
  • The user’s physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a proper counter-notice, we will:

  • Provide the original filer with a copy of the counter-notice
  • Wait at least 10 business days before restoring access to the material
  • Restore access if no legal action is filed within the specified time period

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a policy for dealing with repeat infringers. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, we will take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user’s access to our website.

Safe Harbor Compliance

To benefit from the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA, we have registered our designated DMCA agent with the appropriate authorities and will renew this registration as required to maintain our safe harbor status.
