Response to Notice
Upon receipt of a proper notice of infringement, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown
- Provide the user with a copy of the notice of infringement
- Take reasonable steps to preserve evidence of the allegedly infringing activity
Counter-Notice Procedure
If a user believes that the material was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notice providing:
- Identification of the removed material
- Contact information
- A statement of good faith belief in mistake or misidentification
- A statement of consent to jurisdiction and service of process
- The user’s physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a proper counter-notice, we will:
- Provide the original filer with a copy of the counter-notice
- Wait at least 10 business days before restoring access to the material
- Restore access if no legal action is filed within the specified time period
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a policy for dealing with repeat infringers. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, we will take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user’s access to our website.
